Entry-Level Gardener

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Gardener to join our landscaping and horticulture team in Hingham, MA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $41,000–$49,000 per year and is perfect for individuals with little to no professional gardening experience who are eager to start a career in landscaping. The successful candidate will assist with landscape maintenance, seasonal plantings, and container garden installations for residential and commercial properties throughout Hingham. This role provides hands-on training in plant care, garden maintenance, and horticultural best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general landscape upkeep, including watering, weeding, mulching, and soil preparation.
• Support the installation of seasonal flowers, shrubs, and container gardens across Hingham properties.
• Perform basic pruning and plant care under the guidance of senior team members.
• Load, unload, and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely.
• Help prepare garden beds and outdoor spaces for planting projects.
• Identify basic plant health concerns and communicate issues to experienced landscapers.

Requirements:
• 0–2 years of experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor work preferred.
