Entry Level Civil/Environmental Engineer
Location: Juneau, AK
Company: proHNS LLC
Type: Full-Time, in person
Pay: $35–$40/hr (Depending on Experience) + Overtime

What You’ll Do
Site development design
Water & sewer utility design
Street & pedestrian facilities design
Drainage facilities & erosion stabilization design
Hydrology & hydraulic modeling
Environmental permitting
Construction inspection & contract admin support
Materials testing & inspection
Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, planners, and clients to bring projects from concept to completion
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering (ABET accredited)
EIT certification (or ability to obtain within a year)
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Proficiency or willingness to learn AutoCAD Civil 3D, EPANET, HEC-RAS, and MS Office
Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Comfortable visiting job sites and working outdoors
Willingness to occasionally travel to remote work sites throughout Southeast Alaska by small airplane or ferry.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
