Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our database.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer service experience.
• Assist in identifying recurring issues and suggest solutions to the management team.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
