SE3 Labs builds Spatial AI by combining 3D computer vision and large language models (LLMs). Ultimately, our AI will be able to answer any question about 3D data that a human analyst could answer. Spatial AI will unlock tremendous value in industries like construction, smart infrastructure, smart factories, and defense. As our long-term vision, our spatial AI is a crucial building block for enabling LLM-controlled humanoid robots.

• Our team consists of AI experts and repeat founders, who have worked with Elon Musk at Tesla and at Nvidia, KPMG, Bosch, and Artisense.

• Within our first year, we have secured mid-six-digit revenue and aim for seven-digits in 2025.

• We are a dual-use tech company selling to civil customers and the German armed forces. We will expand to the UK in the next six months.

• We just raised a heavily over-subscribed financing round from Europe's best VCs (Midas List Europe) and world-class angel investors (unicorn founders and sequoia scouts). We are part of EWOR.

About the Role

As Entrepreneur in Residence at SE3 Labs, your mission is to build up the commercial part of the company full speed and help the founders execute key priorities. You’ll work directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff on critical tasks across operations, and finance. Your work is hands-on, execution-driven, and vital in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. You bring structure, hustle, and initiative to help push the company forward day by day.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive Execution: Take ownership of high-priority tasks and projects from market research to preparing pitch materials or running sales outreach - ensuring things get done and get done well.

• Support the CEO: Take over operational and organisational tasks like coordinating meetings with partners, and organising & attending fairs to let the CEO focus on building the business and product.

• Finance: Help the management team monitor the financial status quo and run dedicated analysis and forecasts. Act as sparring partner of the Chief of Staff for special projects like non-dilutive funding programs.

• Operations: No day is like the other! As our EIR Intern, you'll be at the center of the action, helping keep the engine running smoothly while we scale: I.e. finding new office space and managing the entire move, to making sure our hardware testing facilities are always operational and well-equipped

• You understand how early-stage startups work - it’s not always shiny or glamorous; it’s often messy, fast, and requires dedication.

• You’ve worked in high-performing environments before (e.g. Venture Capital) or taken on significant responsibilities in startups.

• Strong proficiency in English and in German (at least C1 level in both)

Process

• Intro Call (virtual, 20 minutes): This is our chance to get to know each other. We’ll discuss your background, your motivations, and why you’re interested in SE3 Labs. You’ll also learn more about our mission, the role, and the team.

• Case Study (in-person or virtual, 1.5 hours): You’ll receive a real-world problem to prepare during the meeting. We will be sitting together with you to see how you are approaching problems and how you are solving them. Furthermore, we are happy to answer all of your questions coming up during the interview.

• Final Call (virtual, 30 minutes): We’ll give you the final feedback about the two previous steps in the process. In case we make you an offer, we will clarify your remaining questions regarding the internship.
