Your Impact

As an Entrepreneur in Residence Intern, you will work closely with the founding team and our managers to help scale Tacto and initiate the next phase of growth. Your work will be hands-on in a dynamic environment, and you will play a key role in setting up scalable processes and shaping our core business areas:

• Sales Development

• Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development

• Go-to-Market

Your Tasks

• Carry out detailed analyses of market developments and other strategic issues to support the corporate strategy.

• Supporting key strategic projects for customers, investors and other stakeholders together with the founders.

• Develop and implement growth strategies for our product and organization, including outbound sales and marketing campaigns.

• Create and prepare customer acquisition and success materials to deepen relationships with new and existing customers.

• Source, reach out and find new ways to hire exceptional talent.

• Help manage various operational tasks to keep the business running and scale the organization.

• Collaborate with the entire team on various projects, from preparing for board meetings to organizing team offsites and events.

• Become AI Native: Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate your work, experiment with new approaches, and share successful workflows – contributing to Tacto's culture of high-velocity execution and innovation.

• You are motivated to build something from the ground up and enjoy working hands-on and self-driven

• You are a strong communicator and have excellent written and personal communication skills in German and English
