Personal Development as a Co-op
Acturis believes that professional development is key to the co-op program. In this position, you will follow a clearly defined co-op path that recognises personal development and contribution to the company.
Acturis will support your development as a co-op with the following:
• You will receive structured targets, regular feedback and performance reviews
• Your team will deliver concentrated initial training and close mentoring, with daily support and weekly one to ones. Senior colleagues will also run training sessions to pass on industry experience and best professional practices
• You and your mentor will regularly review your co-op course requirements and how these should be fulfilled
• The company will provide opportunities to participate in company social events
The Position
As an Enterprise Support Analyst Co-op you will be part of a world-class international team from a wide variety of backgrounds. As the first line of support for internal technical issues, you will be working in a fast paced and highly varied environment with supportive colleagues.
You can expect to be responsible for:
• Supporting 800 colleagues globally both remotely and in-person; escalating issues as necessary to tier II support
• Logging and managing support calls using the Company's Help Desk software
• Building and maintaining a number of laptops using technologies such as MDT
• Following documented IT procedures to perform tasks such as:
• Onboarding new joiners (setting up new hire laptops)
• Ensuring automation has run correctly
• Making manual changes to Active Directory
• Unlocking accounts and rebuilding laptops
• Maintaining, servicing and supporting office IT infrastructure such as conference equipment, hot-desking equipment and printers
• Performing manual tasks such as moving IT equipment to new desks, cable management and wrapping
• Supporting enterprise projects and initiatives from UK based leadership team
• Maintaining and monitoring local enterprise equipment inventory levels
• Supporting the maintenance of enterprise documentation and procedure guides
The co-op wage for this position is $20 per hour plus 4% in lieu of vacation. This may increase for subsequent co-op terms.

• New joiners receive concentrated initial training and close mentoring
• Colleagues are encouraged to complete industry standard training in relevant topics
• More senior colleagues can choose courses with time set aside and the course paid for
