Mission:
The Enterprise Solutions Architect will map, analyze, and redesign the organization's current system architecture, operational processes, and functional structures. You will identify improvement opportunities, propose optimal solutions, and define clear, sustainable strategies to drive efficient technological transformation aligned with business objectives. This role requires analytical thinking, a structured approach, and effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly map the current ecosystem of systems, applications, operational workflows, data flows, and organizational structures.
• Document relationships and integrations between platforms, processes, teams, and key data clearly and comprehensively.
• Proactively identify duplications, bottlenecks, operational risks, and inconsistencies in existing processes and technological platforms.
• Design and propose optimized "to-be" architectures ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and technological sustainability.
• Lead the implementation of best practices in data governance, interoperability, and technical and functional standardization.
• Facilitate and closely collaborate with the CTO and key stakeholders in making strategic technology architecture decisions.
• Actively participate in defining and implementing technological integration strategies, modernization, and process automation.
• Create clear, effective visual documentation (BPMN, flowcharts, system diagrams) suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Technical Requirements
• Proven experience in modeling enterprise architecture, systems, operational processes, and information flows.
• Proficiency with specialized diagramming and visual documentation tools, especially BPMN, Lucidchart, Enterprise Architect, Draw.io.
• Functional knowledge of ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Zoho), process automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate), and integration via APIs (desirable).
• Demonstrated capability to perform deep and structured technical analyses in complex technological environments.

• Key Skills
• Structured, systemic, and strategic thinking with a focus on practical and scalable solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills, visual synthesis capability, and ability to propose effective solutions.
• Clear, effective, and assertive communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong skills in facilitating meetings, interviews, and cross-departmental working sessions.

• Language Requirements
• Spanish: Native or fluent (essential for internal and external communication).
• English: Intermediate level (technical reading, documentation, interaction with global suppliers).

• Education & Desirable Certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Desirable certification or additional training in continuous improvement, process management (Lean, Six Sigma), enterprise architecture, or related areas.

• Working Conditions
• Fully on-site role in Polanco, Mexico City.
• Monday to Friday schedule (7:00 am – 3:00 pm) with flexibility required as necessary for operational and strategic needs.
