We’re hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to scale customer success and build long-term partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a proactive customer-centric culture in a fast-growing AI company dedicated to maximizing client success.

What you will do:

- Lead end-to-end success for key enterprise customers, serving as a trusted advisor on AI Search best practices and optimizing Athena's features.
- Coordinate across multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) to help customers achieve business outcomes through AI Search.
- Bridge customer needs with our product roadmap, providing nuanced feedback to influence development and enhancements.
- Showcase the value of Athena's upsell features, driving revenue expansion based on demonstrated customer success.
- Build scalable processes to support hundreds of customers, nurture 1-3 case studies per month, and achieve a 90%+ client satisfaction rate.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in martech post-sales roles, such as Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Manager (AM), ideally with enterprise clients.
- High agency and an entrepreneurial spirit. We especially value candidates who've founded something or created impactful projects in the past.
- A fast-learning mindset with natural curiosity to dive deep into new concepts.

Nice to have:

-Background in martech or SEO and the ability to quickly grasp SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles to better support customer use cases.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships, advocate for customers internally, and drive outcomes with autonomy in a dynamic environment.

Compensation:

-The cash compensation range for this role is $120,000–$185,000 OTE (base salary of $110,000–$160,000 plus $10,000–$25,000 bonus), with equity ranging from 0.1%–0.2%.

We work 5 days/week in SF, open to hybrid/remote for candidates with exceptional background fit. $10K relocation bonus to San Francisco.

Actual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications. In addition to cash and equity, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being and growth.
