What We’re Looking For

BreatheSuite is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Manager to support and accelerate our health plan sales efforts. This is an individual contributor role focused primarily on outbound prospecting and early-stage qualification across Medicare Advantage plans, ACOs, and risk-bearing provider groups.

You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to generate qualified pipeline, support active opportunities, and help move complex enterprise deals forward. This role is ideal for someone who understands the digital health ecosystem and enjoys the front end of enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Prospecting (Primary)

Identify, research, and prioritize target health plans, ACOs, and risk-bearing provider groups.

Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Engage decision-makers and influencers in thoughtful, value-driven conversations.

Qualify opportunities based on fit, timing, and buying readiness.

Book high-quality meetings with clear context and next steps.

Pipeline & Deal Support

Support active enterprise opportunities with research, prep, and follow-up.

Assist with pilot scoping, early-stage discussions, and coordination.

Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility.

Track outreach performance and conversion metrics.

Messaging & Market Feedback

Test and refine outreach messaging based on real buyer feedback.

Tailor positioning for Medicare Advantage plans versus ACOs and risk-bearing groups.

Surface objections, trends, and market insights to leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with finance, clinical, and operations teams to support deal progression.

Help translate clinical and financial value into clear external messaging.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in business development or sales within digital health, health tech, or healthcare services.

Familiarity with the health plan and value-based care ecosystem.

Experience prospecting into Medicare Advantage plans, ACOs, or similar organizations is a strong asset.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable with research-driven outbound and complex sales cycles.

Highly organized with strong follow-through.

Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
