Knowledge:
• Has performed role of Enterprise architect in organization.
• Has hands-on experience in building EA culture and practices throughout the organization.
• Expert in enterprise and business architecture design.
• Familiar with business process development, value streams and capability maps design.
• Good knowledge of enterprise architecture domains.
• Good knowledge about maturity models analyses and frameworks
• Is proficient in using systems modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others
• Familiar with market wide designing architecture standards or frameworks such as, TOGAF, Zachman, Azure Well-Architected framework or similar.
• Expert knowledge in computer science and IT to research IT solutions and identify ways to enhance existing operations
Skills:
• Efficiency in time management, project management and demonstrative of the company’s service-oriented architecture (SOA)
• Strong capacity in writing and presenting studies, business cases, visions, analytical models
• Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment
• Skills in developing standards and policies that guide the use of IT assets
• Excellent communication skills for educating employees on best practices for applying the company’s IT products, resources and solutions
• Ability to scrutinise the domains of the enterprise’s structure to improve operations and align the business and technology to be transparent
• Ability to analyse data and information generated by the enterprise and operational labour structure to identify cost-savings opportunities
