Job Summary:

As an Enterprise Architect at TAWANTECH, you will be responsible for aligning the IT strategy with the business goals of the organization. You will provide architectural guidance and direction in the development, implementation, and integration of IT solutions, ensuring a cohesive technology environment across various departments. Your strategic vision will help drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and facilitate digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the enterprise architecture framework that supports the organization's business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document clear architectural designs, including business processes, information flows, and technical specifications.
• Assess the current IT environment’s capabilities and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Lead architectural reviews, ensuring adherence to architecture principles and standards throughout projects.
• Provide expertise in application development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity to develop comprehensive integration solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide insights on potential impacts and opportunities for the organization.
• Facilitate discussions and decision-making processes related to strategic technology solutions and investments.
• Mentor and guide technical teams to adopt architectural best practices and improve overall system quality and performance.
• Document architecture frameworks, principles, standards, and best practices to support governance and compliance efforts.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master's degree is advantageous.)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT systems in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure) and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.

• Technical skills in areas such as system integration, database management, and application architecture.
