For one of our main clients based in Brussels - a European Institution, we are looking for an Enterprise Architect for future incoming opportunities. We are looking for professionals who thrive in large-scale, complex environments, ideally with experience in multicultural public-sector or institutional settings.
Your Responsibilities (non‑exhaustive)
As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a central role in aligning organization’s business goals with technology strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
Business & Architecture Strategy
• Develop business architecture models aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.
• Ensure that project and programme strategies are fully integrated and consistent with business priorities.
• Create and implement a long-term business vision and multi‑year architecture roadmap.
Governance, Analysis & Optimisation
• Identify optimisation opportunities and cost‑reduction measures across IT and business domains.
• Evaluate existing systems to detect discrepancies, inefficiencies, security risks, or vulnerabilities.
• Conduct research to recommend improvements in operations, processes, or technology.
Guidance & Communication
• Provide expert input on business architecture, systems processes, and enterprise-wide design principles.
• Facilitate group sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Present architectural concepts and “sell” solutions effectively to senior leadership and decision-makers.
