TEAM
You will join the Enterprise Technology (EnTec) team, which provides modern, efficient, productivity enhancing, and secure infrastructure to enable Woven’s product delivery.

As Enterprise Architect, you will help shape the technology landscape of Woven by Toyota. You will leverage your expertise to partner with our stakeholder teams, understanding their long-term plans, challenges, and regulatory requirements, and ensure that they are accounted for in the services and solutions that EnTec provides. You’ll ensure that implementation of our solutions is consistent with our strategic goals, and provide guidance to engineering teams to remediate gaps and eliminate inefficiencies. Finally, you’ll collaborate with our product security and technology teams to ensure EnTec’s solutions and services are integrated into Woven by Toyota's products.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a technology veteran with deep expertise across the domains that EnTec covers, including endpoint, identity, cloud, and application security, IT and security operations, business process automation, and systems integration.

An ideal candidate will be able to speak fluently on the above topics with both engineers and business leaders, and be able to communicate business requirements, technical requirements, and risks between the two.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide architecture strategy that aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with technology teams and business leaders to integrate the organization's enterprise architecture
• Gather diverse requirements from stakeholder teams both inside and outside EnTec
• Develop and maintain architecture artifacts that can be used to leverage security capabilities in projects and operations
• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively recommend improvements to Woven by Toyota's security posture and drive cost optimization
• Represent the company at industry events and speak with authority on how our architecture enables our business to reach its goals
• Identify key talent and potential within the team, create opportunities to nurture them toward exceptional impact

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• 10+ years of engineering experience
• 5+ years of security experience
• Proven experience in leading enterprise architecture
• Strong understanding of technology frameworks and standards (e.g. NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT)
• Business-level English language skills

NICE TO HAVES:
• Business-level Japanese language skills
• Experience shipping production code
