Your mission

As an Senior Solution Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming the way enterprises operate. Serving as the technical bridge between strategy and execution, you’ll help us design and deliver enterprise-wide automation solutions that transform the way our clients operate. By translating complex business models into scalable, intelligent automation architectures, you’ll ensure our solutions not only align with enterprise roadmaps and integration principles, but also drive meaningful impact across industries.

What you'll do at UiPath

• Conduct comprehensive architectural, business process and existing automation assessments of client enterprise systems to identify AI-enhanced automation opportunities

• Design scalable agentic automation solutions that integrate with existing enterprise architecture especially cloud architecture

• Develop hands-on prototypes and proof-of-concepts to showcase "the art of the possible" with UiPath and in combination with other emerging AI technologies if required

• Model complex business processes using BPMN to create agentic automation frameworks

• Ensure solution designs align to the enterprise architecture principles and cloud architecture standards of the client and industry

• Balance client-facing responsibilities with hands-on development of agentic automation solutions

• Provide technical leadership throughout the agentic automation solution lifecycle

• Promote adoption, consumption, and expansion of UiPath software and complementary AI technologies

• Prepare and conduct customer agentic use case scenarios in workshops, hackathons and develop training materials

• Be able to articulate technical solution designs, write agentic solution blueprints and capture use cases as part of the library of lab use cases.

What you'll bring to the team

• Strong software development capabilities including JavaScript, Python, and coded agent development

• Expertise in agentic automation design using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain

• Experience with cloud-based AI services including Google AI and AWS SageMaker

• Proficiency in BPMN for modeling complex business processes

• Deep understanding of UiPath products, to use and develop agentic solutions also in with complementary technologies e.g. agent frameworks

• Experience with enterprise system integration and API interoperability

• Adaptability to rapidly learn and implement emerging AI technologies

• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders

This role is critical to ensuring that AI-powered automation solutions are architecturally sound, aligned with enterprise goals, and positioned to deliver maximum value through innovative applications of emerging technologies.
