Description -

The technical Enterprise AI Intern will support various service enablement and automation projects and will help the Global Services and Solutions Center of Expertise cross-functional organization to deliver key capabilities and tools to support our commercial accounts and HP employees. The role will be part of a broader interns community within the organization and HP Sofia site.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

• Support the Program Management Office for various commercial enablement projects

• Support Project managers on the development and execution of strategic and tactical projects

• Support Technical team to develop customer-facing and internal tools as well as complete video creation and editing, leveraging from AI capabilities

• Support custom Sharepoint design and development

• Support RPAs and AI planning and implementation

• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to support management of scope and expectations

• Provide analytical and reporting support

Key deliverables/accountabilities:

• Technical development of tools, applications and SharePoints for customer service delivery and internal HP services

• Successful implementation of AI tools and RPAs

• Support video creation for Global Services and Solutions Center of Expertise

• Documenting problem statement, business justification, project scope and requirements

• Outlining project risks, dependencies, and next steps; managing issues tracker

• Supporting development and adherence to the project budget

Education and professional experience:

• Be current regular university student (preferably 4th year in university)

• Experience or interest to work in virtual team environment

Personal skills and qualities of our #SuperInterns:

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Positive can-do attitude, innovative thinking

• Motivated, Ready to work in global environment

• Basic knowledge in MS Office tools, Teams, Zoom, other

Key business & technical skills/aspirations:

• Interest in Project/Program Management  

• Interest in Service Delivery Management

• Interest in RPAs, Service Automation and AI

• Interest in IT management, IT company, PC delivery, processes, and tools

• Fluent in English

• Other EMEA languages knowledge would be an asset
