The Enterprise Agile Coach is a senior individual contributor responsible for enabling organizational agility across leadership, portfolios, and delivery systems. This role partners with leaders and teams to improve decision-making, collaboration, and value delivery in complex environments. The Enterprise Agile Coach focuses on aligning leadership behaviors, organizational structures, and ways of working, including product management and engineering practices, to support adaptability, learning, and sustained business outcomes.

What you will do::
• Partner with senior leaders, product, technology, and delivery teams to support the evolution of leadership practices and operating models aligned with enterprise agility.
• Facilitate leadership and cross-functional discussions that promote alignment, shared understanding, and effective decision-making.
• Assess organizational structures, governance, policies, and delivery practices to identify opportunities to improve flow, prioritization, and outcome focus across portfolios and value streams.
• Coach leaders, product managers, and teams to strengthen product thinking, customer-centric decision-making, and evidence-based prioritization, while supporting modern engineering practices such as automated testing and continuous quality as enablers of sustainable delivery.
• Contribute to building internal coaching, facilitation, and technical practice awareness to ensure improvements are durable and embedded into standard ways of working.

Qualifications and Skills::
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in Hyderabad five days per week
• 8 to 12 plus years of experience in complex organizational environments across technology, product, and business
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders and serving as a trusted advisor
• Demonstrated involvement in enterprise-scale organizational or delivery transformations
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and modern product management practices
• Working knowledge of modern software engineering practices, including automated testing and continuous integration, sufficient to coach and influence teams and leaders
• Experience working across multiple teams, programs, portfolios, or value streams
• Proven ability to act as an effective facilitator for groups at multiple levels, including senior leadership
• Demonstrated effectiveness as a trainer, including designing and delivering learning experiences for leaders and teams
