As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own and grow strategic enterprise healthcare accounts in Singapore while leveraging cross-industry experience to bring best practices and innovation into healthcare workflows. You will serve as UiPath’s primary executive sponsor for your customers driving long-term value, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

This role offers significant autonomy and impact within a high-growth, collaborative culture, where your ability to build trust, shape strategy, and execute complex enterprise engagements will directly influence UiPath’s success.

This is what you'll do at UiPath:

Strategic Account Ownership

• Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise healthcare and cross Industry accounts in Singapore, acting as the single point of accountability for revenue growth and customer success.

• Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned to customer objectives, digital transformation priorities, and UiPath’s platform value.

• Identify, qualify, and close new expansion opportunities within existing healthcare accounts while driving long-term share-of-wallet growth.

Executive Engagement & Consultative Selling

• Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior leaders, engaging in value-based conversations around AI, automation, and Digital transformation.

• Position UiPath’s end-to-end Agentic Automation platform to address Industry specific challenges such as patient administration, revenue cycle management, compliance, data interoperability, workforce productivity, invoice processing etc.

• Leverage cross-industry experience to introduce innovative use cases and transformation frameworks proven in other enterprise environments.

Sales Execution & Forecasting

• Manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle from discovery and solution alignment to negotiation, deal closure and renweals.

• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, opportunity management, and reporting to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

• Drive disciplined adoption of sales methodologies, account reviews, and performance metrics.

Customer Success & Internal Collaboration

• Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.

• Conduct regular business reviews with healthcare account sponsors to track outcomes, reinforce value realization, and establish reference customers.

• Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal teams to influence UiPath’s product and industry strategy.

This is what you'll bring to the team

Experience & Background

• 10+ years of enterprise software or technology solution sales and account management experience, with a strong emphasis on the healthcare sector.

• Proven success managing large, complex enterprise accounts within healthcare, government-linked healthcare entities, or other highly regulated industries.

• Experience selling automation, digital transformation, AI, or enterprise platforms is strongly preferred.

Industry & Domain Knowledge

• Solid understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, and transformation challenges within Singapore or similar APAC healthcare systems.

• Familiarity with healthcare compliance, data privacy, and regulatory standards is a strong advantage.

• Ability to translate cross-industry automation best practices into relevant healthcare use cases.

• Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.

• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment when handling confidential and sensitive healthcare data.

• Self-starter mindset with high energy, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership.

• Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
