We’re looking for a Strategic Account Executive who can turn prospects into long-lasting partners and Boulevard evangelists across our Enterprise opportunities. Reporting to the Strategic Sales Manager, the Strategic Account Executive will drive critical revenue for the business by owning the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation through close, for high-value, multi-stakeholder deals that often include long sales cycles and seven-figure contract values.

This role is for a true enterprise seller. You are a trusted advisor and partner to our clients, maintaining a highly consultative approach. You’re expected to independently generate a sales pipeline, lead sophisticated deal processes, navigate technical and operational complexity, and build trusted relationships with executive-level buyers. Success in this role requires experience selling complex SaaS platforms, ideally within operations, CRM, or payments, and a proven ability to close large, strategic deals.

What you'll do here:

Strategic Sales Execution

• Own the full sales cycle for Enterprise opportunities, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close

• Consistently close complex, high-ACV deals, including seven-figure contracts with multi-year scopes

• Lead highly consultative sales conversations with C-suite and senior operational leaders, tailoring Boulevard’s value to complex business needs

• Navigate long, multi-threaded sales cycles involving procurement, legal, finance, IT, and operations

• Partner closely with your manager on deal strategy, forecasting, and execution for high-impact opportunities

Pipeline Creation & Management

• Be accountable for building and maintaining a healthy, high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic account planning, and internal partnerships

• Independently source a meaningful portion of your pipeline, not relying solely on inbound leads

• Develop and execute territory and account plans to break into large, multi-location, and enterprise accounts

• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline in Salesforce

Enterprise Deal Strategy & Collaboration

• Drive complex deal strategy, including discovery frameworks, mutual action plans, and executive alignment

• Coordinate internal resources across Product, Engineering, Payments, Revenue Operations, and Leadership to move deals forward

• Support RFPs, security reviews, and detailed commercial negotiations

• Partner with Sales Leadership to continuously refine enterprise sales motions and best practices

What you'll need to thrive:

Experience

• 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 3 years selling into Mid-Market and Enterprise Accounts

• Background selling to the beauty, aesthetics, Medspa or self-care market

• Managed long sales cycles, typically 6-12 months, with multiple stakeholders

• Sold into multi-location, corporate owned, PE backed, and franchise-style business models

Relationship Building Skills

• Building rapport with decision-makers and being multi-threaded

• Maintaining consistent communication over extended periods

• Orchestrate internal relationships to ensure key team members engage in the sales process

Strategic Thinking

• Ability to understand and navigate complex organizational structures

• Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to consistently attain quota.

• Ability to understand and articulate the client's business challenges that create solid business cases to justify a partnership

Technical Acumen

• Understanding of how SaaS solutions integrate with existing systems and the ability to articulate technical concepts

• Capacity to engage in technical discussions with Operations, Marketing, and IT stakeholders

• Highly structured seller and attention to documentation detail within Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong

Adaptability and Learning Agility

• Willingness to learn new sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC, Challenger)

• Ability to adjust communication style for different stakeholders

• Openness to feedback and continuous improvement

Project Management Skills

• Ability to manage complex, multi-stage sales processes

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams on the customer and internal side (e.g., sales engineers, legal, finance)

Executive Presence

• Ability to engage with C-level executives

• Confidence in presenting to and negotiating with senior leadership

• Ability to hold their ground in challenging conversations

How we'll take care of you:

At Boulevard, we work hard to structure compensation in a way that balances internal equity with local market competitiveness, and we’re happy to share a good-faith estimate of the base salary range for this role. For U.S. based candidates, the anticipated base salary is $150,000 per year. In addition to this base compensation, this role may be eligible to participate in a variable compensation program. Final compensation will vary based on a variety of factors which include but are not limited to applicable experience, location, and final leveling.
