Position Summary
The Account Executive owns new logo acquisition and is responsible for progressing opportunities from qualification through close. The AE leads complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles by aligning Mosai’s solutions to measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
Job Duties:
Own full-cycle new logo sales motion
Diligently prospect Enterprise and Strategic accounts to drive new-logo pipeline development
Lead discovery to identify critical business issues (CBIs) and quantify value
Build and manage multi-threaded stakeholder relationships (clinical, operational, executive)
Develop and validate ROI / VOI (Value on Investment) business cases
Orchestrate internal resources (Clinical, Pre-Sales, RevOps)
Drive deal strategy, negotiation, and close
Ensure clean handoff to Customer Success and Account Management
All other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
5–10+ years of enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology sales
Experience selling into home-based healthcare, the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals
Strong financial and value-based selling skills
Consistent quota attainment
Work Environment
This role is preferred to be based in Nashville or Jacksonville, near Mosai's offices, though remote candidates will be considered. Quarterly travel is required for sales team meetings and trainings.
Travel required to clients, conferences, and prospects as needed.

This position uses a computer and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The in-office noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Frequent interruptions may be encountered throughout the workday.
The employee is required to either stand or sit, talk and hear frequently required to use repetitive keying or hand motions.
