Position Summary:
Perforce is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic, inclusive, and forward-thinking sales team. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping our success by managing and growing high-value client partnerships across enterprise organizations. You’ll work independently and collaboratively to develop solutions that solve real-world challenges, using your industry knowledge and sales expertise to influence and inspire. Whether you're presenting at a major industry event or mentoring a new team member, your impact will be felt across the business. Responsibilties:
• Design and execute strategic sales plans focused on growth and relationship-building
• Own the sales process—from prospecting to close—for enterprise-level clients in your region
• Achieve (and celebrate!) revenue targets through thoughtful, value-based selling
• Stay ahead of trends by learning about the latest product updates and market insights
• Represent Perforce at events and conferences, sharing our story and showcasing our solutions
• Communicate customer needs to internal teams to help shape future products and innovations
• Partner with cross-functional teams & partners to support and expand existing client relationships
• Coach and support team members in transforming our customers—because we rise by lifting others
Requirement:
• 5+ years of success in technology-focused enterprise sales.
• Hands-on experience with MEDDICC (MEDDPICC) or similar methodologies
• A track record of exceeding goals in enterprise sales, particularly in the Asia & India markets including Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Pakistan &Thailand.
• Knowledge of financial services is preferred Experience working with partners (SIs, VARs, Alliance partners) to deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborative, curious, and inclusive mindset
• Passion for problem-solving and building long-term, trust-based client relationships.
• Reside/live in Singapore with a Singapore employment pass/S Pass/Work permit.
• Able to speak Hindi/Marathi preferred.
