Job Description

Our Account Executives are trusted advisors to banks, payment processors, and fintechs. You will sell compliance, investigations, fraud, and security solutions that help institutions detect, investigate, and report crypto-exposed risk, while safely opening new business lines as part of their cryptocurrency strategy. This is a senior role engaging directly with some of the most influential stakeholder in the most influential financial institutions in the region, shaping how traditional finance adopts and operates in the crypto ecosystem.

We are hiring a Financial Services Enterprise seller to join our ASEAN Private Sector team. You will work exclusively with the largest financial institutions across ASEAN, Hong Kong, and Taiwan in a role that combines strategic selling, market creation, and long-term customer partnership. The role spans a highly diverse region, requiring adaptability across markets, cultures, and customer maturity levels.

This is a true market-building role. You will not be handed a pipeline. Success requires strong outbound instincts, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to create demand in an underdeveloped market.

In This Role, You'll

• Own and exceed a regional enterprise quota by building and executing your own pipeline

• Build and own your pipeline from the ground up in an underdeveloped market

• Prospect, qualify, and close complex enterprise deals with banks, payment providers, and fintechs across ASEAN, Hong Kong, and Taiwan

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding customers on compliance, risk, and security as they enter or expand in crypto

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to local market dynamics

• Build deep, long-term customer relationships that drive expansion, renewals, and referrals

• Partner closely with Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams to shape positioning, feedback, and customer outcomes

We're Looking For Candidates Who Have

• 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience selling into financial institutions across ASEAN, Hong Kong and Taiwan

• A proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments

• Experience selling compliance, risk, fraud, data, or security solutions

• An established network within the ASEAN financial services ecosystem

• The ability to think like an entrepreneur and develop market segments for us

• Strong understanding of financial services buying processes and regulatory considerations, as well as the cultural nuisances of the region

• Demonstrated experience building markets or territories from scratch

• The ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for customers

• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited structure

• Willingness to travel across ASEAN as required

• Fluency in additional regional language is a plus
