General Requirements
Must be able to work in various outdoor conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.
Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks.
Able to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the day.
Required to be available during the off-season for snow operations as needed.
Must adhere to all company safety standards, operational procedures, and policy guidelines.
Specific job responsibilities are included as guidelines and can be expanded to include other duties as needed at the discretion of Green View managers at any time.
Enhancement Crew Leader
Position Specific Requirements
Perform pre-operation inspections on hand tools, wheelbarrows, small power tools, motorized augers, and skid steers to ensure safe operation.
Oversee removal of small and medium-sized plants, invasive species, and debris while ensuring efficiency and quality control.
Supervise mulch and decorative rock installation, ensuring uniform application and proper depth.
Lead planting of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and small-to-medium trees, ensuring proper placement, spacing, and soil preparation.
Operate hand pruners, loppers, hedge trimmers, and chainsaws for precise trimming and maintenance of new plantings.
Oversee installation of brick edging, small landscape borders, and simple hardscape features, ensuring proper alignment and stability.
Train crew members on proper enhancement techniques, material handling, and equipment use.
Monitor project progress, making adjustments to maximize efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Follow all safety protocols, ensuring crew compliance with PPE usage and proper lifting techniques.
Meet company benchmarks for productivity, time on site, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
