Main Responsibilities :
• Plan team's technical and delivery goals
• Lead the team of up to 5 engineers, ensuring clear direction and alignment on objectives
• Keep the team focused, tracking roadblocks that slow down team delivery, facilitate their resolution
• Ensure that all requirements defined by the Product Team are met within the committed time frame with high-quality standards
• Ensure technical standards and practices are followed within the team
• Share knowledge and mentor other engineers
• Proactively connect & collaborate with team members to solve problems and engage in technical debates
• Identify systemic problems within team and work towards effective solutions
• Contribute to the hiring process by participating in interviews and assessments
• Engage the team to achieve goals and set a good example for your team

Core Requirements :
• At least 3 + years of SWIFT programming
• At least 1 year of leading the team
• A proven track record of resolving technical disagreements and managing the technical quality of team deliverables
• Sufficient expertise to make technical solutions, contribute to the codebase and perform quality code reviews
• Effective communication skills in writing, speaking & presenting to a broader audience of various stakeholders
• Being able to clearly communicate tradeoffs in technical decisions, what impact they will have short-term and long-term, and possible technical debt
• GIT proficiency
• Understanding of CI/CD
• Knowledge of best practices for writing quality code and testing
• Experience with writing unit/integration tests

Bonus Point:
• Experience with macOS APIs - XPC, System Extensions, Network Extension

Salary Range:
• Gross Salary 5000-6700 EUR/Month
