As our Engineering Team Lead, you combine strong people leadership with hands-on technical expertise to guide and grow a high-performing engineering team. You drive architectural and technical decisions together with your team while actively contributing to the codebase and solving complex challenges. In close collaboration with Product Management and UX, you help shape product and technology strategies that balance business goals, customer experience, and technical excellence. With a pragmatic and ownership-driven mindset, you foster cross-team collaboration, enable your team to thrive, and ensure the delivery of scalable, maintainable, and impactful solutions.

Your tasks:

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers, including performance management, feedback, and professional growth

• Lead technically and strategically, define and drive architectural decisions together with your team

• Code as part of the team: While guiding architecture and strategy, you’ll regularly write code, contribute to features, and help solve complex technical challenges together with your team

• Act as a sparrings partner for product management and UX, working closely with them to define and drive product and tech strategies

• Bridge architecture, product and UX: Deliver robust and maintainable technical solutions while focusing on great customer experiences and business needs

• Drive collaboration: Work closely with other teams to align APIs, technical interfaces, and architectural consistency

• Prioritize intelligently: Balance technical ambition with pragmatic delivery, and work closely with product, UX and other stakeholders to reduce internal friction
