Jacuzzi Group, a global leader in wellness products including hot tubs, swim spas, baths, showers, saunas, and pool equipment, is seeking a motivated and experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead engineering efforts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on innovation, quality, and operational excellence.
As an Engineering Supervisor, you will oversee and guide the engineering team, ensuring successful project execution and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and product designs. You will act as a key link between engineering, production, and management to promote collaboration and maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional growth.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise engineering projects related to manufacturing process improvements, product development, and facility upgrades.
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and improve operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
• Review engineering designs and processes for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure documentation, including SOPs, drawings, and reports, are accurate and up-to-date.
• Support capital projects from inception through commissioning and start-up.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office suite.
