About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in power supply systems to oversee the technical management of key customer accounts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery, leveraging your technical expertise to address customer needs and drive innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure a clear understanding of project scope, objectives, and roles.

Coordinate and drive the project team, including engineers, designers, and vendors, to achieve project goals.

Work closely with the R&D, engineering teams to ensure that product designs meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

Ensure that project milestones are met and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during development.

Serve as the technical liaison for key customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met.

Manage engineering activities, including design concepts, prototype development, and resource allocation for key projects.

Ensure compliance with customer specifications and timelines, focusing on power supply systems and applications.

Support the engineering team in troubleshooting and optimizing power electronics designs.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Mandarin required, as the role involves collaboration with global teams and customers.

5+ years of industrial experience in power supply or related fields; familiarity with high-performance power systems is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) or equivalent experience.

Demonstrated ability to manage technical programs and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
