Your role at Hostinger

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who loves building products fast, shipping meaningful features, and scaling both systems and people.

You’ll lead the engineering team behind our AI-first Email Marketing platform, owning both technical direction and delivery velocity. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of architecture, execution, and product thinking.

Your day-to-day:
• Drive fast, high-quality delivery with a strong bias toward shipping
• Partner closely with Product to turn ideas into released features quickly
• Define and evolve scalable architecture for a growing AI-powered platform
• Stay close to the code and key technical decisions when needed
• Remove blockers and continuously improve engineering processes
• Hire, mentor, and grow high-performing engineers
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security as we scale

Your skills and experience:
• 📈 Experience & Leadership
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• 2+ years in an engineering leadership role
• Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams
• Strong product mindset and passion for building customer-facing SaaS products

• 🛠️ Backend & Data
• Strong experience with modern PHP frameworks (Laravel or Symfony)
• Deep understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL or other) and performance optimization
• Experience with Redis or other caching solutions

• ⚛️ Frontend
• Experience with modern TypeScript frameworks (React.js or Vue.js)

• 🌐 Cloud & Infrastructure
• Experience working with modern cloud platforms (GCP or AWS)
• Practical experience with Kubernetes

Nice-to-have skills:
• Experience in Email Marketing platforms or related SaaS products
• Experience in building AI applications or machine learning-driven systems

Compensation:
• Gross salary starting from 7000 EUR/month (depends on your skills and experience).
