About the Role

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Product Experience team, the group responsible for everything a customer sees after sign-up. This team owns onboarding, activation, monetization, integrations, and the core surfaces that drive adoption and revenue. The scope is wide, the work is high-impact, and you’ll be operating in spaces that would be handled by multiple teams at most companies.

You’ll partner closely with founders, bring clarity to ambiguous product areas, and push the team to move quickly while holding a high bar for quality. You’ll guide technical direction, support senior engineers, and build a culture centered on ownership, speed, and user experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead the team owning the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, activation, enablement, monetization, and integrations

• Set technical direction across full-stack surfaces built in React, TypeScript, Next.js, AWS Lambda, and Go

• Drive high-velocity execution while maintaining an uncompromising bar for quality and UX

• Jump into the code to unblock critical paths and keep your projects on track

• Work with founders and product leadership to shape roadmaps tied to growth, revenue, and customer impact

• Coach, develop, and mentor senior engineers while fostering an ownership-driven culture

• Simplify complex product spaces, unblock ambiguity, and keep execution tight

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience

• 3+ years of leading product-facing teams

• Experience building products & scaling teams in high-growth, high-velocity environments

• Deep technical depth and Full-Stack engineering fundamentals

• Strong instincts around design, architecture, and high-quality engineering execution

• Bias for action, high agency, and an urgency to push products forward

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Solana, blockchain, or web3 infrastructure

• Experience with developer tooling, monetization systems, or activation flows
