Engineering Manager

We are working with a highly prestigious managing agent to support in the recruitment for a Property Services Manager at a retail destination in the heart of Plymouth. This role will not only offer you the opportunity to join a number of exciting developments at the site, but also join an experienced and driven team at one of the leading businesses in the UK.

Where:

• The retail destination is based in the heart of Plymouth.

What:

• You will oversee all hard services at the site including reactive, PPM and M&E on site.
• You will be responsible for liaising and managing sub-contractors throughout a busy period of projects and developments.
• Proactively manage budgets including a large service charge budget.
• Become directly involved in large refurbishment and shop fit-out projects as the site expands in Plymouth.
• Ensure regulations are met across the site with Health & Safety and tenants are kept up to date with compliance.

Who:

• The successful applicant must have experience managing large and complex budgets including service charge budgets.
• You will have managed sub-contractors throughout significant refurbishments projects, fit-outs and developments.
• You must be experienced with Engineering understanding in a similar large and customer focussed environment.
• Be strong in opening and maintaining development projects on a large scale.
• You should have Health & Safety experience in a similar environment and have relevant qualifications such as IOSH or NEOBSH.
