Your role at Hostinger

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who loves building products fast, shipping meaningful features, and scaling both systems and people.

You’ll lead the engineering team behind our payments platform, owning both technical direction and delivery velocity. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of architecture, execution, and product thinking.

Your day-to-day:
• Drive fast, high-quality delivery with a strong bias toward shipping

• Remove blockers and continuously improve engineering processes

• Partner closely with Product to turn ideas into released features quickly

• Define and evolve scalable architecture for payments platform

• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security as we scale

• Stay close to the code and key technical decisions when needed

• Hire, mentor, and grow high-performing engineers

• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Your skills and experience:
• Team leadership experience

• Technical understanding, especially at architectural level

• Experience working with complex or large-scale systems

•
Experience working with teams at scale

•
Strong communication skills, including ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate between business & technical contexts

•
Ability to balance team & product demands, set boundaries & make decisions

• Product mindset

Nice-to-have skills:
• Experience in payments domain or related financial systems

• Hands-on software development experience

Compensation:
• Gross salary starting from 7500 EUR/month (depends on your skills and experience).
