Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and grow the Core product engineering team.
• Enable the team to deliver high-impact, critical services in the areas of storage architecture, observability, and scalability.
• Collaborate and prioritise with Product Owners to create flows and systems that handle complex engineering workflows.
• Align with other engineering teams to ensure synchronization and seamless development across the organization.
• Foster an excellent engineering culture guided by our company values and engineering principles.
• Hire and develop team leads as the organization grows.

Core Requirements:
• Senior developer background with exceptional technical skills in backend development.
• Architecture-level expertise in storage systems, observability, and scalability.
• Experience with Go language strongly preferred (other backend languages considered).
• Experience scaling systems and implementing robust security practices.
• Strong technical leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product teams and other stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering sophisticated technical solutions.
• Interest in continually learning about AI technologies and infrastructure.
• Strong delivery focus and technical excellence mindset.
