Join DKB Code Factory as an Engineering Manager leading the Business Banking Self Services team. In this role, you will build and develop a high-performing full-stack engineering team, driving delivery excellence and technical innovation that directly impacts millions of banking customers. This is a unique opportunity to own both people leadership and technology strategy in a dynamic, agile environment.

{ your_responsibilities: [

• Lead and enable a full-stack development team (backend + mobile) to deliver high-quality, predictable software aligned with product and architectural goals.

• Establish and continuously improve engineering standards, delivery processes, and team health.

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and growth planning.

• Manage hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members to ensure smooth integration.

• Maintain and execute a 12-month technical roadmap in close collaboration with product, platform, and business stakeholders.

• Act as the primary owner of team execution health, risks, and dependencies.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and customer-centric innovation.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams in agile, full-stack environments.

• Strong background in backend and mobile development, preferably with Kotlin and SwiftUI.

• Experience with API-driven systems and backend banking workflows is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver predictable, high-quality software with effective risk and dependency management.

• Skilled in coaching, performance management, and developing engineering talent.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.

• Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Scrum, Kanban, Design Sprints, and User Story Mapping.

• Passion for building team culture aligned with customer-first and growth mindset values.
