Requirements

• 8+ years in professional software engineering.

• 1–3+ years managing engineering teams.

• Strong computer science fundamentals and system design skills.

• Experience with production-scale backend systems (Python, Java, Kotlin, Go, or similar).

• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end with high quality.

• Excellent communication and product mindset.

• Preferred: experience in high-growth startups, frontend/full-stack exposure, AI-driven systems, or developer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers.

• Drive high-quality, on-time delivery of product features and platform improvements.

• Own technical execution, system design, and architectural decisions.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams on roadmaps.

• Build a culture of ownership, code quality, and operational excellence.

• Hire and onboard top engineering talent.

• Improve engineering processes, tooling, and best practices.

• Ensure teams take ownership from design to production and iteration.
