As an Engineering Lead, you will drive end-to-end project execution by partnering with stakeholders to understand requirements, architect scalable solutions, and guide engineering teams through the full development lifecycle. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with people management, focusing on strong engineering fundamentals, sound architecture, and high-quality delivery across web and mobile platforms, while encouraging continuous learning and adoption of evolving technologies.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical designs
• Architect and review solutions across web, mobile, backend, and database layers
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and best-practice guidance
• Own project delivery from requirements gathering through deployment and post-release support
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals
• Proactively identify and resolve technical risks and delivery challenges
• Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities
• Continuously improve the technology stack to balance innovation, performance, and reliability

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 7–10 years of experience in software engineering with exposure to technical leadership roles
• Strong foundation in software architecture, design patterns, and system design
• Experience with web and/or mobile development using modern frameworks
• Exposure to backend development using Python or Java and relational databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-based deployments
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex technical challenges
