For its Naval Applications Engineering department, Thales (Hengelo) is looking for a talented Senior Agile Coach / Lead Scrum Master with a passion for software development and the ambition to advance his or her career within a high-tech environment in a coaching role.
About the team
You will work within the Software Engineering discipline, spanning across +/- 100 engineering professionals and will be a leader the field of Agile Coaching towards teams, scrum masters and other stakeholders.
About your future job
The Engineering Coaching Roles support organizations, teams and individuals to help them become more autonomous and constantly improve in their Lean and Agile approach in order to deliver a quality product to end users. They contribute to the dissemination of best Processes and the implementation of operational models in order to promote the empowerment of teams while maximizing the efficiency of projects
The last three years the Software department has grown in size. The challenge for the coming period is to grow the team maturity in domain knowledge and to develop competences, with focus on operational performance of teams and people. You will be responsible for the performance of your teams, to enable the team to meet project objectives in relation to customer value, quality, time and budget.
You are an ambassador for our culture, which is based on trust, transparency and excellence. You contribute to and play an important part in setting up and executing our strategic plans and initiate process improvements.
