Facilitate the execution of a singular complexed Agile Release Train (ART) within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Guide the team through PI Planning, ensuring alignment with the Program and Portfolio levels, and facilitating the execution of the PI objectives. Drive continuous improvement to ensure consistent value delivery. Provide visibility of health of feature delivery, overall program increment, promote Lean-Agile transformation, influencing, coaching leaders/teams in the new processes.

Experience with SAFe 4 framework and implementation of Agile Release Trains and Lean Agile Progreamme execution in small to medium solution.
