To provide comprehensive Infrastructure technical support services for all business technologies, including network infrastructure, to ensure a reliable and secure IT environment. Continuously improve and correct technical solutions to guarantee they are robust, efficient, and meet the highest standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
Experience:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an infrastructure environment, can include servers, virtualization platforms and storage systems.
• Good understanding of ITIL principles, particularly in the Service Operation space, covering Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management and Knowledge Management.
Key Responsibilities: 
• Analyse data and network centre operations to make recommendations that fit the company's strategic goals and follow industry best practices.
• Contribute to keep the data centre running smoothly and efficiently to make sure services are always available.
• Implement the operational plan for multiple data and network centres to ensure they match IT and business goals.
• Carry out tasks to improve daily operations in the data centre, ensuring it runs well and reliably. Use best practices and proactive steps to keep everything available and efficient, quickly fixing any issues to reduce downtime.
• Implement data centre floor space plans according to objectives. Understand requirements, optimise space use, plan for future growth, support infrastructure needs, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
