Key Activities:

• Analyzing inquiries, make correct product selection inline with customer needs & global standard.
• Logging all the inquiries in system.
• Review the type of inquiry in detail to understand technical & commercial scope.
• Studying Customer RFQ and project specifications, prepare comments - deviation sheet, product datasheet and costing sheet for filter and/or entire filtration systems. etc
• Ensure compliance with proposal process and outputs from proposal team.
• Basic pricing for filters and spares based on price lists for GPNs / BOMs.
• Co-ordinate with various global cross functional teams (CZ Plant/CoE/JVEL) for getting results.
• Follow regular inquiry review meetings, Daily accountability (DAM) meetings.

Key Accountabilities:

• Attend and understand all assigned training programs. Including Know how and GLR.
• Ensure meet the business expectations in terms of On time delivery (OTD) Cost and quality outputs.
• Learn about the tools used, make sure error free quotation preparation.
• Responsible correct price estimation for technical requirements.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures (Smiths values and Leadership behaviors).
• Follow Quality register matrix and look for improvement opportunities using SES problem solving tools

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain good rapport with sales and internal customers.
• Should actively contribute to Continuous Improvements in their day-to-day work.

• Bachelor’s in Engineering.
• 1-3 years’ experience
• Technical proposal / application engineering.
• Pressure Vessels, Thermodynamics
• Time management
• Self-discipline
• Work in International environment
