The Bau Verntures - ist ein Early-Stage-VC und Venture Studio für UrbanTech. Wir unterstützen junge Startups in der Frühphase, die die gebaute Umwelt mit Bau-Technologien, Klima-Innovationen und Lösungen für urbane Infrastruktur transformieren. Unser Portfolio denkt neu, wie Städte geplant, gebaut, mit Energie versorgt und betrieben werden – mithilfe von Software, Daten und industrieller Intelligenz. Mit Drees & Sommer als strategischem Investor erhalten Startups direkten Marktzugang und tiefgehende Branchenexpertise.

Du möchtest aktiv daran mitarbeiten, wie Innovationen aus Startups in große Organisationen getragen werden? In dieser Rolle verbindest du frühphasige Startups, das Venture-Ökosystem und Business Units und verantwortest die strukturierte Zusammenarbeit entlang des gesamten Kollaborationszyklus. Werde Teil von The Bau Ventures, der Venture-Capital- und Build-Plattform, an einem unserer Standorte in Berlin, Hamburg, München oder Stuttgart.

• Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Portfolio-Startups strukturiert und wirksam mit den Business Units von unserem Ankerinvestor Drees & Sommer zusammenarbeiten
• Du verantwortest die operative Umsetzung unseres Co-Creation-Programms als Pre-Seed-Format mit frühphasigen Foundern
• Du konzipierst und leitest Workshops zwischen Startups und Business Units zur Definition von Piloten, Roadmaps und nächsten Umsetzungsschritten
• Du identifizierst interne Sponsor:innen und sorgst für die Verankerung relevanter Startup-Lösungen in der Organisation
• Du entwickelst und pflegst relevante Beziehungen im Venture-Ökosystem, z. B. zu VCs, Acceleratoren, Universitäten und strategischen Partnern
• Du steuerst den Austausch mit dem Venture-Ökosystem, priorisierst externe Anfragen und nutzt unseren Startup-Funnel gezielt für interne Bedarfe
• Du repräsentierst The Bau Ventures nach außen und organisierst ausgewählte Formate wie Demo Days oder Innovation Deep Dives

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (3-5 Jahre) in Venture Capital, Corporate Venturing, Venture Building oder Beratung
• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, zwischen Startup- und Corporate-Welt zu vermitteln Strukturierte, prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Umsetzungsstärke
• Erfahrung im Management mehrerer paralleler Initiativen und Stakeholder
• Du arbeitest gerne pragmatisch, packst mit an und übernimmst VerantwortungInteresse an PropTech, ConTech oder der Immobilien- und Bauwirtschaft von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher) sowie fließendes Englisch
