As an Engagement Management – Business Partnering Manager, you will play a critical role in driving client value, portfolio performance, and operational excellence within a complex, multi-contract services environment. Working at the intersection of finance, operations, and client leadership, you will act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, supporting growth, transformation, and profitability across engagements. This role requires a hands-on leader who can combine strong financial acumen, analytical insight, and people management skills to deliver high-quality outcomes while navigating diverse contract models, geographies, and regulatory environments.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Partner closely with senior client stakeholders to provide data-driven insights on profitability, pricing, costing, workforce, and operational performance across multiple contracts and portfolios
• Support bid pricing, project build, and presales activities with strong financial analysis, recommendations, and management reporting
• Manage end-to-end delivery of engagement teams, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, governance standards, and reporting commitments
• Oversee portfolio management across diverse contract types including T&M, milestone-based, projects, one-time, back-to-back, and ad-hoc engagements
• Drive process improvements, collection strategy refinement, and operational efficiencies through structured analysis and stakeholder collaboration
• Lead governance, controls, and compliance activities, including internal and external audit support and SOX-aligned quality standards
• Manage team administration including capacity planning, queue monitoring, training, performance reviews, and query management
• Champion transformation initiatives such as process standardization, automation, digitization, and adoption of planning and reporting systems
• Collaborate across internal functions such as billing, collections, third-party AP, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Strong experience in service-industry environments with exposure to complex, multi-contract portfolio management
• Proven ability to independently engage and influence senior client stakeholders using data, insights, and financial analysis
• Hands-on leadership experience managing teams and owning delivery outcomes end-to-end
• Solid understanding of financial metrics, profitability analysis, pricing models, and management reporting
• Experience with ERP and planning/reporting systems such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Anaplan, or equivalent; exposure to ServiceNow or similar tools is a plus
• High orientation toward quality, compliance, risk management, and governance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask across multiple engagements in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Willingness to travel and work across global time zones, with adaptability to changing business needs
