About the Role
Infopro Learning is seeking an Engagement Lead, Learning Consulting to partner with enterprise clients on high-impact learning and capability initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of client partnership, learning consulting, and programme delivery oversight. You will work closely with client stakeholders to shape learning strategies, guide programme delivery, and ensure initiatives drive measurable business impact.
Rather than operating purely as a commercial account executive, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a hands-on learning consultant while also helping guide complex client engagements.
You will collaborate with our learning design studios, project management teams, and consulting leadership to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions that support workforce capability and transformation initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Client Partnership
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for a strategic client account, building strong relationships with L&D, HR, and business stakeholders
• Participate in planning discussions to understand business priorities and capability needs
• Support executive business reviews and ongoing client engagement activities
Learning Consulting
• Partner with clients to clarify learning needs, challenge briefs, and shape effective learning solutions
• Contribute expertise in areas such as learning strategy, instructional design, capability frameworks, and technology-enabled learning
• Collaborate with internal learning architects and studios to develop scalable solutions
Programme Oversight
• Provide oversight across multiple learning initiatives to ensure programmes remain aligned with scope, timelines, and quality standards
• Support programme governance, including milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Work closely with project managers and delivery teams to maintain visibility across workstreams
Account Development
• Help identify opportunities to expand learning initiatives within the client organization
• Partner with consulting and commercial leadership to scope new opportunities or programme extensions
• Contribute to proposals, solution discussions, and strategic account planning
Client Experience
• Ensure a consistently strong client experience across consulting, design, and delivery phases
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and translate insights into continuous improvement opportunities
• Support clear reporting on programme progress, impact, and outcomes
