The Opportunity
We are seeking a senior, onsite Engagement Director to lead a large-scale, enterprise learning operations environment in the UAE. This is an embedded leadership role with end-to-end accountability for operational excellence, governance, financial performance, and senior stakeholder partnership.
This role is designed for a hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will serve as the senior onsite leader for the program, representing Infopro Learning and providing daily leadership across integrated learning services while shaping long-term stability, performance, and innovation within a mature enterprise environment.
This role is best suited for a leader who enjoys being close to delivery, making day-to-day decisions onsite, and removing operational barriers for teams.
What You Will Own
Onsite Leadership and Operational Oversight
• Provide consistent, visible onsite leadership across enterprise learning operations environments in the UAE
• Own day-to-day operational performance, service quality, and issue resolution across multiple integrated workstreams
• Monitor real-time delivery metrics and intervene proactively to maintain service excellence
• Lead regular operational reviews with embedded leaders to ensure alignment, escalation, and accountability
• Build trust and confidence through strong, credible leadership presence with senior enterprise stakeholders
Strategic Partnership and Engagement Leadership
• Act as the senior relationship owner for a complex learning engagement, engaging senior operational and business leaders
• Shape and execute an account strategy aligned to enterprise priorities and Infopro Learning’s regional growth objectives
• Lead quarterly performance and planning reviews focused on outcomes, value realization, and continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities for capability expansion, scope evolution, and long-term partnership growth
• Step in directly with hands-on advisory support across the learning lifecycle when required
Governance, Risk, and Quality Management
• Execute and maintain robust governance frameworks aligned to contractual commitments and service standards
• Chair governance forums and provide transparent reporting on performance, risks, and improvement initiatives
• Enforce quality assurance, compliance, and escalation protocols across all delivery activities
• Lead risk identification and resolution for high-impact operational or commercial issues
• Maintain clear documentation of decisions, performance metrics, and governance outcomes
Cross-Functional Integration
• Orchestrate seamless collaboration across multiple learning and operations functions
• Break down silos and foster shared accountability for enterprise outcomes
• Lead cross-functional planning to align priorities, dependencies, and resource deployment
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all engagement touchpoints
• Drive knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices across teams
Financial and Commercial Accountability
• Own financial performance for the engagement in partnership with Infopro Learning regional leadership
• Oversee workforce planning, capacity management, and resource optimization
• Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, and financial performance metrics
• Manage scope changes, commercial discussions, and contract performance
• Balance margin optimization with service quality and stakeholder satisfaction
Team Leadership and Development
• Lead and inspire a high-performing, onsite team across multiple disciplines
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and operational excellence
• Coach and develop embedded leaders through regular one-on-ones and performance feedback
• Champion talent development, engagement, and retention within the team
• Build a strong shared identity as an integrated delivery organization
Location & Working Model
This role is based in the UAE, with primary location in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. A consistent onsite presence of 4–5 days per week at client facilities is required.
