Job Title:    Engineer II- Software Automation 
Summary:    We seek outstanding candidates with proven expertise in testing robust Digital products that combine hardware and software using Automation testing. You will be responsible for the developing solutions to drive product development for new and existing components of the Patient Monitoring portfolio. The successful candidate will possess solid “hands-on” technical abilities, demonstrate excitement and energy for product development, and a passion for their work and the impact it has on meeting the needs of patients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:    •    Own the automation verification activities from program initiation till post market support
•    Hands on experience on developing automation framework, test infra structure, web-based dashboard.
•    Experience with a variety of types of testing, including regression, performance, stress, unit, integration, and security testing using automation framework
•    Technical expertise in automate UI UX workflow using squish.
•    Hands on experience in Robot Framework, Python and Squish technologies.
•    Well versed with Bug tracking tool JIRA, JIRA workflow and should be able to create the statistics from database. 
•    Working experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipeline methodology
•    Participating in design and architectural discussions
•    Lead agile team of software test engineers focused on the Software Development Life Cycle of our applications, ensuring high engagement and ownership in delivery.
•    Ability to mentor junior automation engineer, reviews the test scripts  
Qualifications:        Minimum 4+ year of Automation or development background 
    Expertise on Robot Framework, Python, Squish, shell scripting
    Hands on experience on Git, ALM tool, Doors, team center Rest API’s, JSON, XML.
    Hands on experience in shell scripts 
    Hands on experience on creating automation framework and test execution dashboards
    Hands on experience on developing unit level and functional level software automation test scripts
    Knowledge of medical device software development is highly preferred including knowledge of standards such as IEC 62304, ISO 14971
Background and/or Experience:    Bachelors / Master's in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field and 4+ years of related experience.
