• Design and architect enterprise-grade API solutions and integration frameworks that align with organizational strategy and technical standards
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into comprehensive integration architecture specifications and technical documentation
• Develop and implement API standards, governance policies, and best practices across the organization to ensure consistency and security
• Evaluate and select appropriate integration technologies, platforms, and tools based on organizational needs, scalability requirements, and cost efficiency
• Oversee the full API lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring in production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, system architects, and business stakeholders to ensure successful integration implementations
• Design secure API authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms compliant with industry regulations and energy sector standards
• Optimize integration performance and troubleshoot complex system issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
• Establish and maintain comprehensive API documentation and architectural guidelines for development teams
• Stay current with emerging technologies and integration patterns, recommending innovations that enhance organizational capabilities

• Professional experience in API architecture, integration architecture, or enterprise systems integration
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing REST and SOAP-based APIs at enterprise scale
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with API management platforms and integration middleware solutions
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
• Experience in integration scenarios with the following solutions: Salesforce, MuleSoft, S/4HANA, SAP IS (Integration Suite).
