Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior AI Flows Developer to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for an experienced developer with a background in computer engineering, computer science, mathematics, biomedical engineering, or a similar scientific field. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the evolution of our products in a dynamic and rapidly growing SaaS environment. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will help design and build AI‑driven solutions while influencing technical decisions and product direction, ultimately helping the company reach the next level.
 
 
Responsibilities / Expected Knowledge
For this role, we expect you to have knowledge of:
Computer Science fundamentals such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Object-Oriented Programming, data structures, communication protocols, and knowledge bases
Advanced prompting techniques (agents, tools, and mechanisms that influence agent behavior)
C#, or strong experience in another programming language such as Python or JavaScript, with openness to work with multiple technologies
Development of conversational or AI-driven flows, including low-code environments
Integration and use of REST APIs
Data formats and communication protocols such as JSON, XML, and gRPC
Strong English communication skills
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience and a degree in Computer Science or a related field

Core Technical Skills
• AI & Large Language Models: Strong grasp of Computer Science fundamentals as they relate to LLMs, including data structures and knowledge bases.
• Advanced Prompt Engineering: Experience with agents, tool-use, and sophisticated mechanisms that influence and steer agent behavior.
• Programming Proficiency: * Strong command of C# (preferred).
• Alternatively, deep expertise in Python or JavaScript, with a proven ability and willingness to pivot between different languages and technologies.
• System Design: Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and designing conversational or AI-driven workflows (including experience with low-code environments).
• Integration & Protocols: Hands-on experience with REST APIs and proficiency in data formats like JSON, XML, and gRPC.
Education & Professional Experience
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience (with the flexibility to accommodate up to 10 years for senior-level contributors).
• Education: Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Project History: Proven track record of successful project delivery within a professional environment.
