We are seeking a seasoned Agile Practitioner with a deep background in Artificial Intelligence to join our team. This is not just a facilitator role; we need a strategic leader who can bridge the gap between complex AI development and agile delivery excellence.

As a Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager, you will be responsible for steering high-stakes AI initiatives while actively contributing to the evolution of our Agile Competence Center. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring teams and refining the methodologies that define how we build the future.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Process Innovation: Evaluate current workflows and suggest new practices and procedures that align with the strategic goals of the Agile Competence Center.

• Knowledge Leadership: Design and conduct high-impact sharing sessions and formal training workshops within the hub to upskill team members and stakeholders.

• Agile Orchestration: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (or relevant Agile rituals) for complex AI product squads, ensuring roadblocks are removed and value is delivered iteratively.

• Stakeholder Synergy: Act as the primary liaison between technical AI researchers/engineers and business units to ensure project alignment and transparency.

We are looking for a visionary who doesn't just "run meetings" but actively improves the organizational ecosystem. If you have navigated the uncertainties of AI model training and deployment within an Agile framework, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of both project management and the unique lifecycle of AI/Machine Learning products.

• Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in a Project Manager or Scrum Master role.

• AI Domain Expertise: Essential. You must have a solid, proven track record of managing products or projects specifically within the Artificial Intelligence space (e.g., LLMs, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics). You understand that AI development cycles differ from standard software engineering.

• Advanced Certification: Mandatory holding of an advanced Scrum certification, specifically PSM II (Professional Scrum Master II) or A-CSM (Advanced Certified Scrum Master).

• Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to translate technical AI constraints into business language and vice versa.

• Mentorship Mindset: A passion for teaching and a demonstrated ability to train others on Agile principles and best practices.
