The Endpoint Engineer plays a key role in delivering modern workplace and endpoint transformation initiatives across client environments. This position is focused on designing and implementing scalable, secure, and user-centric endpoint solutions that align with project objectives and timelines. Working closely with project teams and technical specialists, the role ensures seamless deployment, migration, and integration of endpoint technologies. By driving high-quality delivery and supporting smooth transitions into operational support, the Endpoint Engineer helps organisations enhance device management, security posture, and overall end-user experience.

Requirements:
What you'll do:

• Deliver endpoint-focused projects, including device rollouts, environment transformations, and modern workplace initiatives.

• Design and implement endpoint solutions across Windows and mobile environments, aligned to project requirements and timelines.
• Lead or contribute to endpoint deployment activities such as Autopilot builds, device provisioning, and large-scale migrations.
• Configure and optimise endpoint management platforms (e.g. Intune, SCCM/MECM) as part of project delivery.
• Work closely with project managers, PMO, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions.
• Implement endpoint security and compliance controls as part of uplift and transformation projects.
• Package, test, and deploy applications to support project rollouts and user transitions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including build guides, deployment plans, and handover materials.
• Support cutover activities, hypercare, and post-implementation support to ensure a smooth transition to BAU teams.
• Identify risks and technical challenges during delivery and proactively work with stakeholders to resolve them.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience delivering endpoint engineering work within IT projects, ideally in an MSP or consulting environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Autopilot in project or migration scenarios.
• Demonstrated experience with endpoint rollouts, device refresh programs, and modern workplace transformations.
• Solid understanding of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD / Entra ID environments.
• Experience implementing endpoint security controls, including compliance policies, Defender, and encryption.
• Strong application packaging and deployment experience in project contexts.
• Ability to work in structured project environments, collaborating with PMs, coordinators, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear and reusable technical artefacts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure project delivery and cutover scenarios.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset.
