Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services BGS, is seeking an End User Support Specialist in Hazelwood, MO and Maryland Heights, MO . Position Responsibilities: Support classified and unclassified desktop hardware Provide support to multiple program engineering and productivity applications Conduct CVE and POAM remediation activities Domain account and access management Perform basic network troubleshooting Assist with planning and conduct execution of upgrades to hardware and software Respond/triage help desk enquiries for OS, applications, and environment access/network issues Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or higher Current CompTIA Security+ Certification Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience with STIG activities Experience with Linux Experience with Exchange user management Experience with desktop image capturing and deployment Drug Free Workplace: We are a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
