About the role

As an Encompass Administrator / Configurator, you will manage, configure, and optimize Encompass LOS platforms while working closely with clients and cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and Configure Encompass LOS systems
• Perform impact analysis and testing for system changes
• Provide technical support and resolve user issues
• Build and maintain input forms, milestones, personas, reports, and dashboards
• Document system configurations and processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements
• Conduct user training and support adoption

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in Encompass administration and system configuration
• Strong knowledge of business rules and Encompass customization
• Experience working with governance, risk, and compliance standards
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to have

• Encompass Administrator Certification
• Experience with Visual Basic, SDKs, APIs, .NET, or Azure DevOps
• Experience in financial services or the mortgage domain
