Serás la persona responsable de garantizar el mejor servicio al cliente junto al equipo de vendedores.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?:

Supervisar y dirigir el equipo de ventas y capacitación de empleados.
Atención al cliente, manejar consultas, quejas y problema de los clientes.
Gestionar el inventario de los productos.
Coordinar la presentación visual de los productos para maximizar la atención y la compra.
Establecer metas de ventas y superar los objetivos.
Supervisar las transacciones de caja.
Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias del mercado
Garantizar que la tienda cumpla con todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
